Resonans is a music magazine about how technology is changing the way music gets made. AI as a co-producer, a studio that fits in a pocket, artists working in a space between glitch and guitar. A studio day that once cost thousands now runs on a free app on the bus, and the magazine is about what that opens up rather than what it threatens. Text runs on a three-column grid, images on a seven, both locked to the same baseline, so a spread can go quiet or break wide open without the magazine coming apart. Headlines are huge caps and details set in mono. The graphic element comes out of the cover photograph itself, pixelated, traced and outlined into a pink wireframe that scatters through the issue.
